Our story

Father, son, and a lot of paint.

Mando's Painting is a family business. Two generations, twenty years of trade, and a stubborn belief that there's no substitute for doing it right.

Armando started in the trade more than two decades ago, working his way through every kind of painting job there is — new construction, custom homes, commercial interiors, decorative finishes. He learned the craft the old way: from the people doing it before him, on the job, one project at a time.

When Jacob was old enough, he started coming along on weekends. By the time he could legally hold a sprayer, he'd already learned the difference between a job that looks done and a job that is done. The two formed Mando's Painting LLC in 2022 to put their name on the work they'd been doing for years.

"We don't show up with a hard sell or a sales script. We show up with brushes, drop cloths, and a fair number. The work speaks for itself."

Today they serve customers across the East Valley — from Queen Creek out to Florence, with a steady stream of referrals from neighbors who've watched their houses transform over a few days. Most of their work comes from word of mouth, and they like it that way.

Whatever you're working on — a single accent wall, a kitchen refresh, the whole exterior of your home — you'll get the same crew, the same standards, and a real estimate before any work starts.

How we work

The Mando's way.

01 / FOUR
Honest pricing
Real estimates, no high-pressure sales pitch, no surprise charges. Online quotes show ranges; in-person quotes show exact numbers. Either way, the price you sign is the price you pay.
02 / FOUR
Prep matters most
A great paint job is 80% prep. We patch, sand, prime, and protect everything before a drop of color goes on the wall. Skipping prep is how peeling and chipping happens within a year.
03 / FOUR
One crew, start to finish
No subcontractors hopping on and off your job. The same people who give you the estimate are the people you'll see every day until it's done.
04 / FOUR
We clean up
Furniture goes back where it was. Drop cloths get picked up. Tape comes off cleanly. We leave your house looking better than we found it — and not just on the walls.
